Role in GALVmed

I provide day to day support of the administrative operations of GALVmed office in Nairobi, ensuring office management processes are organized and efficient. I support maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running office. I  also provide assistance to R&D in all stages of project cycle management as part of the Programme Management contributing to wider office communication and policies, which adds value to the organisation.

  • February – April 2011: VACNADA project support
  • August – October 2015:  Temporary support to the Market Development and Access Department
  • January – June 2016: Support to the Policy and External Affairs and Human Resources departments

I have a Diploma in Business Administration, Advanced Certificate in Secretarial Duties and Advance Diploma in Computer Studies. I have also been awarded certificates in a Personal Assistant Course and the Financial Sustainability Programme from the Ford Foundation.
