The Committee’s primary role is to provide an independent overview of remuneration and other Human Resource matters on behalf of the Board.

The current members of the Committee are:

  1. Henry Wamwayi (Chair & Trustee)
  2. Johan Dreesen (Trustee)
  3. Molly Ayiemba (External member)

GALVmed’s Chief Executive and Director, Human Resources attend the meetings along with other staff as necessary.
